Me and my friends are playing "Project HOPE", an rpg set during WWII, but we are not able to find any map editor for this modern setting. Does anyone know about some map editor that could help us? Thanks

Could photoshopping old WWII pictures or google maps images work, throw in a black-and-white/sepia filter? Okay, for minimaps it might not work as great but it would be a start at least?
