Roll20 Not Loading Certain Games

Hi there, I have multiple games that I am in, and one of the games none of the players and myself (DM) are able to load into them. However; we are able to load into other games.

Hi. My group and I are having the same problem. We can get into certain games, but not others.

Server Shard 6 is down. Games on that server will not load.

Can we move the server? How did we get stuck on server 6?

It's probably just a load balancing thing. Unfortunately we might be SOL until they get our sever back up.

I'm not sure what their sharding design is, but it does not appear to have automatic rollover, and is not tied to individual sessions/cache. Once the game is launched on that shard it appears stuck there.

Sadly, that would seem to imply that there's nothing we can do until that particular server is put back online.

Hi! Me and my players can get into certain games, but not in our. It's been a while. About 30 min. And we were in the middle of the game.

yea apparently one of the server shards is down, and games dont automatically get rolled over into another one.  I can create new ones, i can get into others, just not the game i had open.

Same Issue here. I sent in a support email about it. My main campaign refuses to load for myself and my players, however other campaigns my players DM for appear to work fine.

The reason that some games are not loading is because a couple shards have gone down (please see <a href="http://status.roll20.net/" rel="nofollow">http://status.roll20.net/</a> ). Firebase is currently working on a fix right now: <a href="https://status.firebase.google.com/incident/Realtime%20Database/18025" rel="nofollow">https://status.firebase.google.com/incident/Realtime%20Database/18025</a>.
