[5e] New DM here. How do I get tokens to show names, hp, and AC between maps?

This is probably the wrong place to post, but i didn't see a general questions section. When I pull a monster from the Journal, how do I get to default to HP in Bar 1, and AC in bar 2? Having to do it for every mosnter in every map is tedious and time consuming. Secondly, how do i get the players names to stay visible to everyone on their tokens? I know how to set it up on a single map, but when i switch maps that goes away when they pull from journal again.

You'll want to read through  this wiki article on linking tokens . You'll still have to set up each monster separately, but once that monster is set up, it's good to go for all uses.
