First day at roll 20. Had a look at tutorial and stuff, no idea what now

So, im familiar with the concept of D&D cause i have played games which follow the same rules, but im not familiar with roll 20 itself. So if anyone would like to invite me to game and explain to me whats going on that would be great! Im a fast learner so only 1 session should do it! Thanks a lot!

Welcome to Roll20 Drish, I'd highly recommend checking out  this thread as well. It contains some really useful starter information. Your next job then, would be to hit the LFG tool and start applying for games :) Lots of people accept new players, especially those who seem keen to learn and willing to do so outside of a tradition game. It can take patience to find your first group, and even more to find the right group for you but there is nothing stopping you from applying to loads of games. Just be aware that the player to DM ratio is heavily weighted on the players side so don't lose faith if you don't get in to your first few game choices, simply use that time to read up on the rules, watch some youtube videos/twitch streams for your chosen system and start soaking up that knowledge :)

Just treat roll20 like a massive whiteboard with drag and drop options with your mouse serving as the expo marker.
