Can't do any thing?

I am unable to edit maps, move tokens, or switch maps as GM :/ 

nope still happening, an now it freezes after every action :/

What browser are you using? If Firefox, try Chrome (or vice versa). Does the problem happen in a new game?

tried that. Chrome, yes in fire fox, and i only have 1 game i am GM of it, an i cant even "Join" other games that are open more make new ones.

i have done all the steps, tried Via my Crome book, and Lap top also repeated the steps. I load a game, i click anything, and it freezes, by any thing i MEAN ANY THING the help/bug report button nothing on the left hand tool bar. roll A token chat Change what thing i am viewing via the right hand tool bar Change maps (Drop down wont pull down it also just freezes) nothing

Look, we just moved our campaign back to being all done on discord. Since this wasn't an issue exclusive to me, it was my whole group, we decided to withdrawal our subscriptions an be done with roll 20. since no one actually wants to help, or has any idea why this is happening, we all got told the same, well go threw the steps... we all did bug report we all did all the steps. something is WRONG with out game an no one wanted to help. goodbye

@Twisted: There seems to be a problem with the lastest Windows 10 update which lets Chrome/Firefox and even Word freeze. Maybe this is your problem?

You are entitled to play your games where you feel most comfortable and able to do so. We respect your right to do just that. I would consider it a falsehood to claim that no-one wanted to help however, aside from the 2 mods who have requested specific troubleshooting information that would allow the dev team to fully diagnose your issue there were also a number of community members who also tried to assist. Without the console log, which was requested twice, there is little more than can be done if the rest of the steps failed to resolve your issue. Should you return to Roll20 in the future please do provide&nbsp; this information and the dev team may be able to solve the problem for you.
