Subscription cancelled automatically, PayPal error when I try to renew

I had $43.86 left over in my account because I had switched from Pro to Plus some months ago. Today, it seems my account was due $6 for subscription renewal, but instead I got an error email saying my subscription was cancelled. I went to my account page to try to pay manually for roll20 plus (yearly), but I get this error after PayPal checkout: f2801ea59703403f9a0d7f1d6c6c21ae I want to continue my plus subscription, but I can't. How to fix this error?
