DM can not see Character Sheets

I can not see any of the Character sheets in the game I am running since roll20 had problems a number of weeks ago. I am using Safari 11.1 on Mac OSx 10. Javascript is enabled. Thank you for your help.

That sounds rather suck-tastic.  I'm suspecting the browser may be the issue, as Roll20 only supports Chrome and Firefox, but if you would please carefully work through the first three steps of our guide to Solving Technical Issues ? Step 1: Make sure to use the right browser Please check if these issues persist when using both Chrome and Firefox. Step 2: Ensure that there are no extensions/addons interfering with Roll20 Please disable all add-ons/extensions and anti-virus programs. Step 3: Clear your cache If none of the above succeeds, please thoroughly work through Step 4 . (Don't forget the complete Console Log, starting with table load-in and include a look at the Journals/Handouts pane!)

I am supposed to start running a game, but I am still having problems with this as well. I have done all the troubleshooting, et al.

I swithced to Google Chrome and all is fine.  Thank you.
