TokenTool and using Gabriel Pickard Glam Frames - Image going outside of frame

Hi there! Apologies if I'm not posting this in the right area. I just recently purchased two of Gabriel Pickard's beautiful glam token frames and added them to my TokenTool and started to make tokens when I realized that the image I upload goes past the borders - see below. I don't know for the life of me how to fix this. Has anyone else used his frames and was able to work around this? I know I have friends who use GIMP but I am not savvy in it at all and I don't even know where I could start to fix it. Any suggestions/directions on how I can fix this? Thank you in advance :)

For the token frame to work with TokenTool the outside needs to be a pink color.  This website might help you, it has a Gimp tutorial on how to create the overlay.  It should be a pretty painless process.
Thanks for your reply. Which website are you referring to?
