Character Vault: Unable to load a campaign

Hi. In the Character Vault, when I try to load my campaign "Cellar of Death (May AL)" to import a character it says, "Loading, please wait..." but it never loads (tried in two browsers). I don't have this problem for any of my other campaigns. I noticed in Roll20 there are 5 empty character sheets at the bottom of the Journal that I can not delete - they come back whenever I restart Roll20. I'm wondering if they're related and that my campaign is somehow corrupted. Any help would be appreciated. Thanks, Lex

Hey Lex, Can you try it in a new campaign and see if you get the same result including the blank sheet?

I duplicated the game copying only the Journal pages and the copy has the same problem: the phantom character sheets that can't be edited or deleted and it won't load in the Character Vault. Its entirely possible that the game may have become corrupted. Just to be safe, can you please thoroughly work through Step 4 of our trouble shooting guide? (Don't forget the complete Console Log!) If you'd like to go ahead with the new campaign, feel free. Once you post the console log, I can get some more technically minded eyes on it and see if we can't figure this out.

Can you disable uBlock and try running an import on the problem game?

Alright, I've escalated this to a higher power. They'll take a look and see what's going on. In the mean time, can you post the full console log instead of a snippit?&nbsp;

It turns out my player can use the Character Vault just fine. They've moved over their characters successfully. Please close this issue.

Was there any quick-fix solution to this issue? Because I'm having a similar issue with a game I've been given to co-DM in called "Jam's House," though with 4 blank character sheets instead of 5.

Hey Jam, can you go ahead and open a new thread and please carefully work through the first three steps of our guide to Solving Technical Issues ? Step 1: Make sure to use the right browser Please check if these issues persist when using both Chrome and Firefox. Step 2: Ensure that there are no extensions/addons interfering with Roll20 Please disable all add-ons/extensions and anti-virus programs. Step 3: Clear your cache If none of the above succeeds, please thoroughly work through Step 4 . (Don't forget the complete Console Log!)
