Moving folders and files between art library and journal.

I would like to have the ability to move files and folders between the art library and the journal.  I have not been able to find and efficient way to do this.  I created a monster manual, but didn't realize I was in the art library until I have many finished.  Rather than being able to just transfer my manual between the different "titles" i had to completely recreated the manual in the journal.
