Hi, Hope there are some enlightened people here that can help solve a problem or cure my ignorance. I have recently upgraded to dynamic lighting but I have spent many hours now setting up some dynamic lighting. Then in turn being happy with and then ruining the page. If anyone can help here. Please, it'll allow me to move back to creating content for the campaign. 1: LoS shadows are not black. When I first made the page these were a stark black against the map. At the moment the LoS shadows are actually lighter than the area the players find themselves in. I would like these to go back to pure black. Screenshot of the current view from a players perspective below. As you can see the effect is strange and depending on where the player moves to can be very difficult to see what is and isnt within their LoS. Id much prefer this to be jet black. Thoughts? 2: Fog of war. I suspect that some of the issues i am having revolves around this. Currently when a player reveals an area of the map it stays shown on the map even after they move away. I would rather this 'wasnt' the case. (See the same image above) Despite losing LoS the other room contents minus tokens are still shown. I know some people dislike not being able to see everything but I prefer the option to turn this on and off. Or if that is too difficult to have it permanently shrouded. My players and I like the extra level of tension it brings. 3: Characters retaining knowledge of surroundings Same as before I used a players character to test the room above and it has permanently revealed the layout. So when he returns to the game he will see the map albeit greyed out. Is there a way to have that character forget everything he has seen in this room? 4: Lighting intensity. Again in the screenshot above each of those torches only extends 20ft with a dimlight of 0.1. However as you can see the middle of the room is visible in light grey surrounded by a darker grey oval. I am certain that the dark grey oval is the limit of the torches and the centre lighter area is again the revealed fog of war. But you can imagine that as a player having something appear from that light grey area in the centre would feel very odd. I apologise if my description of this is off. I do suspect that solving the LoS shadows above will likely solve this too but I thought I'd add it. Thanks for taking the time to read this. Any help would be greatly appreciated.
