Armor Class on Character Sheet Mysteriously changes to Zero

I have been noticing that after I am done using monsters during a combat that their Armor Class attribute somehow changes to a ' 0 '. I am using the AD&D 2nd edition simple sheet. The Armor Class is fine when using combat macros and displays correctly when you click a token, yet somehow after a game it gets changed to ' 0 ' and I am the only DM in the game and only one that can see the monster sheets.
