Currently me and my friend want to take a break from DMing and wish to play as PC's. The start time that works for us is 2PM or 3PM PST. Western USA. On Wednesday's We would prefer that the DM does their own thing and doesn't use a module. Going for standard party size of 5. Having more is always a plus. Adult humor, content, and language will be used.
Hey Andrew. My name is Jared. I'm a 32 years old male, EST. I work from home, set my own hours, and can make pretty much any time/day your group decides upon, even if it ends up changing. Why am I a good choice? I have been playing D&D since 3rd edition. (Also Pathfinder) I know the 5e rules pretty darn well. I can guarantee 100% attendance and be on time for every session. I have Discord and a good mic, so I won't be that guy who no one can hear and/or understand over the static. And I always do my best to get along with everyone and help push the story along. My only real issue is that I'm pretty new to roll20 and will probably need a session or two to get 100% used to playing D&D online versus playing in person. I too have been pretty much exclusively a DM in recent years, and would very much like to play as a PC for once. haven't really played as a PC in 5e other than maybe once or twice. Adult humor you say? That's what I like to hear. Always more fun when you don't need to worry about accidentlly offending someone over a joke. Please feel free to contact me and let me know if you're interested. Or if you'd like to chat via Discord. I look forward to your response. Thanks.
Hey Andrew - We do not have a fixed playing schedule, but I recently posted a new group I'm starting which combines D&D with a strategy-level game played via Slack/Trello/GDocs in between sessions. It's basically D&D+XCOM in a player-driven West Marches format. In other words, if the DM is available and you can wrangle enough players for a time slot, then you're on. If that's interesting, maybe give it a look: https://www.reddit.com/r/lfg/comments/8ngc4o/online5epst_looking_for_players_for_epic_west/ Fill out the Players Survey to sign up: https://goo.gl/forms/7BdmFs6sHBAT8Vz02
Hey Andrew! I am Active Duty military and gave a passion for playing D&D I have played since 3.5 and am very experienced at heavy RP environments as well. If you have room for me as a player I promise im super fun and not cringey either. please let me know. Very Respectfully, Noah
Noah, you are in. that makes 4 players. To the DM, the other players would have to agree on the d/d xcom mix
