Upgrade in progress bug

Hi, I'm trying to launch my game "Black Celebration", but I get the following message when I do: Upgrade In Progress We're doing a little spring cleaning to optimize your game. Please wait... Please do not press the back button or close this window. Nothing happens. I use Firefox, but I've also tried IE, Chrome and Safari with no luck.

I'm sorry to hear that you're having issues with the site. Could you please carefully work through the first three steps of our guide to Solving Technical Issues ? Step 1: Make sure to use the right browser Please check if these issues persist when using both Chrome and Firefox. Step 2: Ensure that there are no extensions/addons interfering with Roll20 Please disable all add-ons/extensions and anti-virus programs. (Don't just tell us what they are, disable them :) ) Step 3: Clear your cache If none of the above succeeds, please thoroughly work through Step 4 . (Don't forget the complete Console Log!) Thank you!
Hi, Thanks for the information. I have disabled all my add-ons and extensions in Firefox and cleared the cache. I am still getting the same error message. Firefox console gave me this info in the console log regarding the error: ReferenceError: $ is not defined [Learn More] editor :18:1 <anonymous> https://app.roll20.net/editor/ :18:1 My browser is up to date (v. 61.0) and I am running Windows 7. I am running the standard Microsoft firewall that come with Windows 7. Thanks for any help!
