How to show player's a picture without showing them stats?

As a GM, how can I show players the picture of a monster from the Monster Manual Compendium without giving away abilities/traits of the monster?  I don't want the players to be tempted to play against the strengths/weaknesses of a monster they are not familiar with, but I do want to show them what it looks like when they first encounter it. For some monsters, the token is good enough and I can just enlarge it, but for others (e.g., Aarakocra) the token does not give nearly as good of a visual as the full image.  I can download the image onto my computer, then create a handout, but this requires a bit of effort and I would rather not have to do that for every monster they encounter.

Hello, you can create a handout and copy paste the image from the monster sheet, you dont have to download it :) (but little work is needed)
How would I copy the image from a monster manual entry into a handout without downloading the image?

Open the monster journal entry, right click the image and 'copy'. Open a handout and right click>paste the image into the description box :)

If you just want to show a picture in the chat window; you can host your photo out on the Internet (using a site like Imgur or a private webserver) and then put the code in the chat window. Imgur will write the code for you and you just have to copy and paste it. [Imgur]( <a href="https://i.imgur.com/Q8AHaAG.jpg" rel="nofollow">https://i.imgur.com/Q8AHaAG.jpg</a> ) If you or a player click on the picture in the chat window it will ask if you want to open it in a new browser tab; making the picture larger to look at. If you are going to re-use pictures over and over you can put them all in a drop-down menu macro to select which ones you want to use at any given time. I use it for things like photos of forest paths, hills, mountains, valleys, etc, etc, other types of terrains. Pictures of monsters, NPCsm or quick reference slides you can make like this one for D&amp;D 3.5 -&nbsp;[Imgur]( <a href="https://i.imgur.com/VgrOWPV.jpg" rel="nofollow">https://i.imgur.com/VgrOWPV.jpg</a> )

I use Color-Emote API script by The Aaron to do this. Using the API requires a subscription for the game creator, though.
