NPC reaction macro

Hey everyone, newb DM here.... was wondering if anyone knew how to make a macro that would roll this table for me??? Encounter Reactions  (AD&D DMG, p63) 01 (or less)-05 [Violently hostile, immediate attack] 06-25 [Hostile, immediate action] 26-45 [Uncertain but 55% prone toward negative] 46-55 [Neutral - uninterested - uncertain] 46-75 [Uncertain but 55% prone toward positive 76-95 [Friendly, immediate action] 96 (or greater) [Enthusiastically friendly, immediate acceptance] Thanks!!

The best way to do that would be not a macro, but a rollable table. See here:&nbsp; <a href="https://wiki.roll20.net/Collections#Rollable_Tables" rel="nofollow">https://wiki.roll20.net/Collections#Rollable_Tables</a> Caveat: if your table sometimes has modifiers applied to it, due to some ridiculous design decision, rollable tables wont work. You'd need a separate tale for each possible modifier. (I make no bones about my critcicism here: any table rolling feature for a roleplaying game that doesnt work with modifiers is a staggeringly short-sighted design. In fact, I'd say it's a broken feature.)&nbsp;&nbsp; If you need to have modifiers for your table, there is in fact no way to make your table without a Pro subscription, and even then, you'd need to be able code in javascript to make the table. The only way to achieve your goal short of a Pro subscription, is to print out the table into chat, and roll a d100 and ask your players to look up the result.

There is a way you could do it, but it's not very automatic, and would require human processing. Have a macro that asks for your roll (and any modifiers), and returns the result, immediately followed by the table you just printed out. Then compare the value manually. Basically, you would be rolling dice and looking up on a table like you would with physical dice and a book, but the table is always cued up for you right after the roll. Sorry, but GG is right. Roll20 doesn't have a tool for this.
