This is confusing for people needing help. Only the "Visit our FAQ" part of "Need Help? Visit our FAQ" is hyperlinked. If a user hovers over the wrong part of the phrase (That whole phrase is offset by bullets as a single item), they see no indicator that it is a link, and have no idea how to find the FAQ.
