No Player Tokens

We are all using Chrome. All of the players' tokens' appeared on the first map of the game and were controllable by the players. When we moved to the 2nd  map the players could not see their tokens, but I, the DM, could see them. If a player "pinged" where the character was, then we could see the token for a brief moment. We copied and pasted the tokens from map one to two, but no avail. I, the DM, moved the "players" flag from map one to two, but to no avail: no tokens. What is a fix?

Did you verify that the tokens on the second map were also each controlled by the players?
Hey Stephen, Did keithcurtis' tip solve this issue for you?

To clarify, Stephen. It's a common error when setting up a token to set it as the default token, and then assign it to a character. Unless saving as the default token is the very last step, anything done to the token after saving is not "saved". In other words, if you: create a token name the token set default vision, etc. save it as the default token for a character assign the token to a player character ...you have lost step 5. When you drag the token from the journal, you will get a token that is named (step 2) and has proper vision (step 3), but isn't controlled by the player (step 5). 4 and 5 are different steps. When setting up a token, make sure you follow the steps in order from the wiki page,  Linking Tokens to Journals . If you have done all this and are still having problems, then there is an issue that a dev might need to sort out.
