Subscription Confusions

Hey guys. Last year, I bought a year-long subscription for Roll-20 plus, and a few months back I ran into some financial issues and cancelled my subscription preemptively, as a $50 charge could have literally broke the bank. Within the last two months, i've been able to recover from that situation, and am interested in un-cancelling/resubscribing. The only problem is: My original subscription is still running its course for a few more days, and while its like this, roll-20 does not allow me to renew my billing. It allows me to pay for a single month, or upgrade my subscription to pro, but not re-subscribe for my yearly payment like i'd like. Is there any fix for this, or do I just have to wait for it to end? If so: Will all of the custom-made content I've created be destroyed/removed/etc... when my accounts custom upload storage drops back down to that of a base account? That'd be very catastrophic for my games. Please reply asap. I have 3 days until my subscription officially ends.

Now I'm past the immediate need to respond ASAP I'll elaborate :) If reverting to free would put you over the limit for your library you will still have access to all previously uploaded content but would not be able to add more until you cleared some space/were able to renew a subscription. Dynamic lighting will stop functioning but your existing DL lines will remain and will kick back in once your account is plus+. Had you been pro then API scripts would stop functioning but not be removed and custom character sheets would continue to function but you'd lose the ability to edit them further until your account was pro again. Most importantly though, we are glad you are back on the up and wanting to continue sharing that renewed success with us :)
