Is it at all possible to let players see the Token Actions of a token and be able to use the buttons without them being able to open up and edit the character sheet?
Not really. Things you can try: Set them as Controlled by on the character but then archive it. They might still be able to shift-double click to open the character As above, but have their character call the abilities on the archived character.
Unfortunately the tokens I wanted to do this with use GM-only commands (like /desc) and API script commands. I'll keep this method in mind for future encounters. Thanks!
