Space in Macro Names

I was looking at an API Script and noticed that he was able to place a space in the Macro names. Does anyone know what character he's using and if it has an ASCII shortcut? For reference they look like this when they're done. I can copy the space and paste it, but it would be a lot easier if I knew the shortcut I could use to type it.
got it alt+032, I'm going to add this to the stupid tricks thread.

&nbsp also works.
I usually just hit SPACE in a text file or another field on a sheet that accepts whitespace then select it, copy it, and then paste it into the macro title.
