[Recursive Tables] I am trying to make clickable rollable tables

I am attempting to create tables following the tutorial that Tielc has on youtube. When I open my handout and try to create a table that is 2x12 I can’t. I was wondering if that is due to not having Recursive Tables installed incorrectly, or if his video is so old that what he has done isn’t viable anymore? Thanks!

Can you link to the youtube video you're watching? That doesn't sound like how you create a Recursive Table. Are you perhaps confusing Handouts in the Journal for Rollable Tables in the Collections tab?

Ok. That functionality is completely separate from RecursiveTables. There was a way to make buttons in the journal that you could click to run API commands. That was an emergent feature with the previous editor. The new editor breaks that emergent feature, and people have been working with the devs to try and get it working again. Whatever he is putting in the buttons in the handout table would be the API command, which should still work fine. You might consider making a RollTemplate with the buttons in it instead, and create a macro that whispers the template to you. There's a description of that technique here: https://app.roll20.net/forum/post/5899495/stupid-roll20-tricks-and-some-clever-ones/?pageforid=6009949#post-6009949
I created that video. They've since broken that functionality with the text editor changes. Very unfortunate.
I was wondering if that was what had happened. Thanks for the replies
