Some tokens on my friends roll 20 server is bugged and i cant see them

Its going to be a hassle as i have reloaded onto the web page quite a few times and logged you various times and shut down the web page entirely but nothing is working. ;-; help please.

I'm sorry to hear that you're having issues with the site.  Some preliminary questions:     Do others in that game have the same issue you do?     Is it just one map where you are having issues or multiple maps in that game where you're having issues?     If your friend creates a quick throwaway game (possibly a copy of the active game) do you have the same issues in that game? Would you please carefully work through the first three steps of our guide to Solving Technical Issues ? Step 1: Make sure to use the right browser Please check if these issues persist when using both Chrome and Firefox. Step 2: Ensure that there are no extensions/addons interfering with Roll20 Please disable all add-ons/extensions and anti-virus programs. Step 3: Clear your cache If none of the above succeeds, please thoroughly work through Step 4 . (Don't forget the complete Console Log, starting from table load-up through attempts to view the tokens in question!) Thank you!

Q1. Others do not have a issue that i am currently having. Q2. Just one map with forestry within it. Q3. Yes we just tested it and we see that it is that one map with the issues but we dont know how to fix it. I have all of the technical issues just done and it still isn't changed.

Does the game in question use dynamic lighting at all? Having the creator/DM of the game post screen shots of the page and token settings would really help eliminate client side setup issues.

i encountered the same problem. One of my players didnt see the torches i put up to light a map. All other players saw them, but for the one guy they didn't exist. It was no big deal to replace them with other light sources so i didn't think further about it.

We fixed the issue it was the specific map that was the issue and not client side based, thank you for your help!
