Character "Bio & Info" text erased

Hello, One of my players stumbled on a curious issue this morning. When connecting to the session, he noticed the "Bio & Info" and "GM Notes" text entries of his character sheet (which had grown into a rather elaborate background, hundreds of words) had been erased and replaced with a "Loading..." text string. The previous background text appears to be lost. At first, we believed another player played a trick on his character sheet, but only a GM can edit the "GM Notes". I am the only other GM in this game, the other being himself, and I did not touch his character sheet. I am writing this post to first report the issue, as I could not find a similar problem with a forum search, and possibly get assistance in retrieving the lost background (resetting the game to a previous snapshot would be perfect, if such a thing can be done). Thank you for your time.

That really sucks. If you would like to try tracking down the bug, would your player please carefully work through the first three steps of our guide to Solving Technical Issues ? Step 1: Make sure to use the right browser Please check if these issues persist when using both Chrome and Firefox. Step 2: Ensure that there are no extensions/addons interfering with Roll20 Please disable all add-ons/extensions and anti-virus programs. Step 3: Clear your cache If none of the above succeeds, please have your player thoroughly work through Step 4 . (Don't forget the complete Console Log!) As for snapshots, rollbacks are an automated feature available to Pro users only - to obtain a rollback in the future please consider subscribing as a Pro to Roll20. For additional information please see this wiki for help with rollbacks . If you have any further questions on this specific topic, please email team@roll20.net.
We are not going to be able to get a console log, as the browser has been closed since. I assume we will not have access to this week's snapshots if we subscribe to Pro now?

You would have access to this weeks snapshots if you were to subscribe to Pro now. Be aware: It is the Creator of the game who needs to have the Pro subscription for both the rollbacks and API yumminess.
Interesting! Thanks a lot for your help. :)
