Session times are to begin at 6 p.m. CDT each Friday ( <a href="https://www.timeanddate.com/time/zones/cdt" rel="nofollow">https://www.timeanddate.com/time/zones/cdt</a> ) and will run for up to 5 hours . Please ensure this time works for you. Use the link and compare it to your own time zone if necessary. Our first session ran on the 3rd of August. Our second session is on the 10th of August. If necessary, we will allow an entire week to recruit another player. As such, you may be joining in on either the second or third session. This means you will not have missed much and it will still be very easy for you to integrate into the party. We have had difficulty filling the final spot in the party. Our group consists of a DM and 3 players who run/play another campaign weekly and have done so for almost a year now. One of our regulars is unable to make the time slot and so we are looking for the right personality to join us. We really want someone who can make the time consistently and is enthusiastic about being part of a reliable, long-term campaign. It is my expectation that the campaign will be urban-focused initially, with the party beginning in the city of Sharn, also known as 'The City of Towers'. Sharn is a heavily populated, multi-tiered city with all walks of life represented. The city will come to life as the party gets involved with the various factions, intrigues and plots, and make decisions on who to interact with, who to work for, and who to target, whether for profit or some other purpose. Where it goes and how it develops beyond that will depend entirely on the party's decisions. It is anticipated that this will be a long-running campaign. Roleplay and combat should be split evenly overall, but any particular session may have more of a focus on one or the other.
