Hello, I'll try to keep this brief and to the point. A little about myself; I'm an open-minded adult with an interest in interactive storytelling and world building. I'm an experienced and avid roleplayer that prefers getting immersed within my character, the story, and world around them with other believable and deep characters. I've heard a saying that applies a lot to me; roleplay, not rollplay. I'm driven away from games the most when it's brought out of character at every step. I'm looking to be a player of a campaign or to find a DM who is willing to host something that fits what I'm looking for. Text Based; Text roleplay only, by improv rather than play-by-post. Immersive, Story and Character Driven; Constant out-of-character talk while in the middle of the game drives me away from games very quickly. Consistency; I'm only interested in games that are at the very least weekly. Non-paid GMing; I don't have the money to give. I'll support the GM and players in any other way, however. Preferences: Medieval/Renaissance Fantasy; Settings that generally span from medieval to late renaissance are typically what I enjoy the most. Fantasy, or non-historical games, are also my favorite. Strictly historical is where I begin to fail. I do not mind Sci-Fi, but modern settings are my very much least favorite. Open Settings/Systems; I heavily prefer settings that allow the players to chose what they'd like, instead of having the system itself basically chose for you. Something to allow player creativity to flow rather than be halted. Systems with strictly enforced rules generally do not work out for me. Horror Settings; I love me some dark settings full of beasts and corrupted individuals alike. Small Playerbase; I have trouble getting myself heard amidst the sea of players, so I very much prefer games having smaller amounts of players so it will be less daunting for me. If the GM feels confident enough and will help me get included, then I do not mind larger playerbases. I don't even mind playing duos. Mature; I am not shy from dark or vulgar themes being added to spice up the game. However, I do not enjoy it being the sole focus, and especially do not like roleplaying out sexual themes.
