Roll20 for F2F games?

I was just curious if there was a way to use Roll20 easily for face-to-face games?  I'm talking about using it like Maptools, in that you run 2 instances of the app; 1 as the GM view and 1 as the player view.  I'm guessing that I could just create a secondary account and log in on a separate browser with that account, but I was curious if there were a more direct method to do this.
Well, the DM can use the option to "exit game" and "re-join as player," but honestly, two accounts seems like it would be less hassle -- and it really doesn't require that much effort.  You'd jprobably have to be constantly shifting which screen your browser was on and bouncing back and forth between being DM and "re-join as player."  The player account really only has to sign into the campaign. We did it with two laptops -- one for the DM and one that was hooked up to the TV.  The TV laptop had a wireless mouse that everyone at the table passed around.  It actually worked out great.  The maps looked fantastic on the big screen.  If someone at the table has an IPad or similar tablet, and the DM has a supporter account, you could use that as well.  Just set it in the middle of the table and give the player account access to all the pc tokens.

Yes, there are people who use Roll20 for F2F games by using two accounts and two computers. One computer with two instances of Roll20 opened might be possible but will probably not be stable if it is. I haven't really tried it. :) - Gauss

LOL  The issue was having two separate browsers open fighting for control of my mic and webcam.  I think I might be able to pull this off by using my laptop + my Asus Infinity tablet, although the Roll20 app is a bit wonky on my tablet.  I would love to have a GM/Player option that allows you to run two instances of Roll20 on the same machine, or perhaps just a "Face To Face" mode, but I'm fully aware of just how new this app is and how much development is still in the works, so I'm definitely not complaining.  I was really just curious if this request were popular enough to warrant development of this option. :)

It was stable for me, but being within the same browser is probably why I didn't encountered the problems that James is mentioning..
We've done it like Sarah suggested, with two accounts. I have mine open on my laptop as a GM, while my wife has her account open in a laptop on the table that's connected to a large flat screen monitor. We either pass around the wireless mouse or people just say where they want to move and whoever is closest moves them.
