Voice not transmitting but blue sound bar still moves?

Hello all, We have been having this problem for a couple of weeks and have been using discord to fix my audio (the one that is broken) but now we are having problems with discord. so now its becoming a hassle. Basically the problem is I can hear everyone else fine however when I talk my bluebar moves according to my voice but nobody can hear me. A couple of months ago it was working fine then suddenly stopped working. I have not changed devices, PCs or anything. My stuff is fully updated.
