why did it take money, if it says i have unused credits?

i came online today and saw 2 invoices from me buying a plus yesterday.  Item Cost Unused time on Pro, Yearly after 26 Aug 2018 $-55.16 Plus, Monthly Subscription $4.99 Total$-50.17 what does this mean?
