Xanathar's Pit Fighting Macro

Is there any way I could make a macro that rolls the special pit fighting rules from Xanathar's?  I need this to be able to read from the selected tokens sheet, whether it be PC or NPC, ideally as one macro but I'm happy for it to be two separate ones as long as it works. Currently using the  5th Edition OGL Character Sheet by Roll20. I have consulted the wiki, to no avail, and I only have the physical copy of the book not the Roll20 version. From the book: Strength (Athletics), Dexterity (Acrobatics) and Constitution + the largest hit die. One of the checks can be replaced by an attack roll with one weapon roll (which I'm ruling this as an unarmed attack with proficiency). Thanks in advance

The easiest thing to do if you really want this as a single macro is to roll the skill you want, click in the chat box, and hit the up arrow. This will show you the macro that was rolled. Change the bits of the macro that show the character's name to the word "selected" and it should work for whatever token you have selected now. That should give you something like: @{selected|wtype}&{template:simple} {{rname=^{acrobatics-u}}} {{mod=@{selected|acrobatics_bonus}}} {{r1=[[@{selected|d20}+@{selected|acrobatics_bonus}@{selected|pbd_safe}]]}} @{selected|rtype}+@{selected|acrobatics_bonus}@{selected|pbd_safe}]]}} {{global=@{selected|global_skill_mod}}} @{selected|charname_output} Do that for all three skills and then combine them in to a single macro. Repeat for NPC's and you should be good to go.
