Is it possible to add names to the init tracker without tokens?

I want to add a name like rage or bless and send it to the init tracker via a macro. is this possible without the API?

I don't think you can do it without API. You can manually do it through Turn Order Settings - Add Custom Item. But that would not have any automation that I think you are looking for.

Actually, you can do it via a macro...you'll need to create a token (no character sheet necessary, though) for each of the names you like, then just create a macro with something like this: /r 1d20 &{tracker} You'd need to select the token to use that macro, but it will add that to the tracker whether there's a character sheet or not.  If you have a set of standard ones you'd be using you can just set the tokens up in advance, click the token, then click the macro.
