Can't ping

I have no clue what I'm doing. Please help.

Hi Idan, Let's see if we can't sort this out. Firstly, are you using a desktop computer (as opposed to a mobile device), and a mouse as opposed to a trackpad? Are you the GM? And can you describe the steps you are trying and what the result is?

Thank you. I am using a Chromebook- no mouse I am GM I have tried all the steps I could find online and could think of. Mainly pressing keys and holding down the left, then right, then both.

Follow as much of the following steps as possible (I know #1 is impossible on a Chromebook for instance, but if you have another computer to at least test on, please do), and I'll ping a dev once they have enough information to work with. P lease carefully work through these steps of our guide to  Solving Technical Issues . Step 1: Make sure to use the right browser Please check if these issues persist when using both Chrome  and  Firefox. Step 2: Ensure that there are no extensions/addons interfering with Roll20 Please disable  all  add-ons/extensions  and  anti-virus programs. Step 3: Clear your cache If none of the above succeeds, please thoroughly work through  Step 4 .  (Don't forget the complete Console Log!) Thank you!
