Hi Idan, Let's see if we can't sort this out. Firstly, are you using a desktop computer (as opposed to a mobile device), and a mouse as opposed to a trackpad? Are you the GM? And can you describe the steps you are trying and what the result is?
Thank you. I am using a Chromebook- no mouse I am GM I have tried all the steps I could find online and could think of. Mainly pressing keys and holding down the left, then right, then both.

All right then, let's escalate this. Follow as much of the following steps as possible (I know #1 is impossible on a Chromebook for instance, but if you have another computer to at least test on, please do), and I'll ping a dev once they have enough information to work with. P lease carefully work through these steps of our guide to  Solving Technical Issues . Step 1: Make sure to use the right browser Please check if these issues persist when using both Chrome  and  Firefox. Step 2: Ensure that there are no extensions/addons interfering with Roll20 Please disable  all  add-ons/extensions  and  anti-virus programs. Step 3: Clear your cache If none of the above succeeds, please thoroughly work through  Step 4 .  (Don't forget the complete Console Log!) Thank you!
