Lost Mine of Phandelver is showing Limited Access Vault

I noticed on the Marketplace that the Lost Mine of Phandelver I purchased includes All Access Vault.  However, my current LMOP game I am GMing has Limited Vault Access.  Why is that?  Can an administrator upgrade it for me?

Hi Nathaniel, I'll go ahead and let the dev team know what's going on. In the meantime, what is the name of the game in question? (I ask because the game and the module are not always the same.)
The name of my game is simply "Lost Mine of Phandelver"  I have another game template I had made with the same issue called "Phandelver Ready to Run" Thanks for looking into this!
Hi Nathaniel, This is certainly not the expected behavior. I noticed that the second game you mentioned is technically older-- if you create a brand new LMOP game does it still have this same issue?
A new game shows the right level of access.  However I am trying to export characters to the current game I am running.
Gotcha, thank you for testing that out for me! I will need to have a dev take a closer look on the back end to see if we can get this resolved for you.
Alrighty! The two games you mentioned should be fixed now. It seems that they may have been copies which is where the problem originated. Copying over a module does not maintain the all-access vault that comes with the module. We are looking into making sure this data is properly transferred in the future, but for the time being I would recommend that you simply create a new game when needed.
