TLS 1.3 default setting in the newest chrome makes https not work

Not a roll20 application bug per se., but I had to turn off TLS 1.3 to access the site.  I expect this will start to affect more and more users.  Error code: ERR_SSL_VERSION_INTERFERENCE Chrome version: Google Chrome is up to date Version 70.0.3538.77 (Official Build) (64-bit) Windows 10 pro

(The fix is  chrome://flags/  look for TLS 1.3, set the dropdown from Default to Disabled and relaunch)
