Can't see character on player mode when I switch from GM mode

I set my page setting the way that it showed me how to, but it seems not to want to reveal the character on the player mode map and I have tried everything to get it to do so. Please help me with this problem.

Hi Kenneth, A little more information would be helpful. When you say "Player Mode" and "GM Mode", are you talking about clicking the button in Settings to "Rejoin as Player/GM"? What settings are you using on the "player mode map" When you say the character can't be revealed, do you mean you can't see its token? If so: Is it on the GM layer? Is it obscured by Fog of War? Is it behind any Dynamic Lighting?

I found the problem and fixed it.  It was because I didn't have the player tab on the map lol.
