Image stuck

I have a token that is stuck on my pages and I can't move it. It is in front of everything. The image appears on every page, even new ones. My players can't see them. I can't move anything under the image. When I bring up the page settings, the image appears over the window. I've tried switching to every layer to select it, but can't. My cursor turns into a hand when I hover over it. There is a hyperlink under the image that takes me to the origin page for the token. I am using chrome, windows 10, bitdefender virusware. I haven't tried reproducing it because I don't want more stairs on my page. How do I delete this image?

Hi Sarah K, That's a new one on me. Could you please carefully work through these steps of our guide to  Solving Technical Issues ? Step 1: Make sure to use the right browser Please check if these issues persist when using both Chrome  and  Firefox. Step 2: Ensure that there are no extensions/addons interfering with Roll20 Please disable  all  add-ons/extensions  and  anti-virus programs. Step 3: Clear your cache If none of the above succeeds, please thoroughly work through  Step 4 .  (Don't forget the complete Console Log!) Thank you!

Thanks for your response! I had tried all of those things. I ended up right clicking on the object and selecting "inspect," then deleting the codes for the image and the hyperlink. It seems to have worked...the stairs are gone and I haven't noticed anything being messed up from removing the couple of lines of code. I wish I knew how that happened and what I did, though.

All right, I'll leave this thread open for a few days, in case there is another visitation from the undying staircase. :)

I did it again! I think I held down alt, then moved the token from the search window. This time it was a stone desk. Exact same problem, except this time I placed the object in the search window, so it was covering the results. Same solution fixed it. 

I was afraid that might happen, which is why I kept the issue open. Editing in the inspector doesn't really change the website data, only your "runtime" experience of it (but there was every chance the issue might have spontaneously disappeared). Please go ahead and do step four above and post the name of the affected campaign with it, and I'll see if I can get a dev to poke around and see what's happening.
