Lost token library folders

I was organizing my asset library in a game and suddenly most of the folders I had been reorganizing disappeared. I am still able to find the tokens using the search bar but the folders do not display. I cleared my cache and tried on other computers/browsers but the problem persists. In researching this problem I found that others had similar issues and there was no fix they were able to accomplish. They all had to have Roll20 staff rebuild their work after the error. I can say this is fairly frustrating. I would also like to say that an out of game library manager (like this but better: https://marketplace.roll20.net/library) would be really nice so that I don't have to go into my game to just deal with tokens.

Hi Ethan, I'll go ahead and escalate this. Also, it's not an out-of-game editor, but the library does have Folder View , something similar to the link you gave.
Hi Ethan, Unfortunately, we are unable to restore Art Library structure or lost assets. However, if you have any information regarding what may have happened immediately prior to the loss I would be more than happy to collect the information and alert the devs for investigation. Sorry for the trouble :(
