Error displaying Tokens for only one player in ToA 5e game

Hello, I recently acquired a pro subscription and materials for Tomb of Annihilation, continuing in Roll20 a campaign that began in paper. Setting everything up, character sheets, lighting, AFoW, etc. have all been relatively straightforward, with any issues being resolved relatively quickly via forum posts and google, but we can't seem to figure out one technical issue. One of our players, and only one of our players, has issues observing some of the player token avatars. We followed the steps from a related forum post ( <a href="https://app.roll20.net/forum/post/4745328/some-character-tokens-not-appearing" rel="nofollow">https://app.roll20.net/forum/post/4745328/some-character-tokens-not-appearing</a> ) and observed that it happens for him on one of his computers, but not another (ruling out the network I believe), on the computer it happens on it happens in both Firefox and Chrome, it happens after disabling most every extension/addon, and it happens after clearing the cache. Opening up the javascript console, we see errors like the following ( <a href="https://pastebin.com/zGMWx6pp" rel="nofollow">https://pastebin.com/zGMWx6pp</a> ). As a workaround he was able to use a different computer, but ideally that wouldn't be necessary, so we're looking for any insight you might have about what could be going wrong here. Thanks!
It's been a few days since I filed so I thought I'd give a status update. We ended up finding another potential workaround. Ever since I uploaded the token avatars as art assets for the game, and used those art assets to set the token avatars, the avatars have been visible for the player in question. This seems causally related so it seemed worth mentioning. Hopefully that helps debug the issue in question.

Hi Stephen, Sorry I missed your report. I usually keep a close eye on the bug forum, but was traveling this weekend. Has re-uploading the tokens solved the problem for you?
Yes I believe so. Question, when I drag an image from another website into Roll20, does Roll20 copy that image, or just link it?

It copies the image into your library. There is no link back to the original. You can cause linked images to appear in chat by using [any text](imageurl), and scripts and character sheets can display linked images in some places, but anything dragged onto the VTT is in your personal library.
Hmm, then my uploading the images locally shouldn't have fixed the issue, but here we are. Not sure what else the Roll20 developers might need in order to debug this, if they feel it's even worth it, but let me know if there is anything we can provide.

There could have been a caching issue on the player's computer? Or since it was computer specific, not browser-specific, maybe a security setting on the computer? hard to tell. I haven't seen similar reports, but since it all seems to be working now, and all you did was what you did the first time, I'm tempted to just let it lie. I'll send the report to the dev team as a data point, though.
Thanks for the help @keithcurtis

Since the problem seem to no longer be a problem, and any work on it will be general dev work, I'm going to close the thread. Feel free to open another one if the problem resurfaces.
