pushing script comands outside the virtual enviroment

Is there a way to push script commands outside the virtual environment.  such as using sendChat to push <script>eval()</script> that way the web page can be accessed.  Id like to then be able to add to the floating toolbar element to add custom menu options.

The only way to manipulate html elements is by using an external extension like Stylus. And any changes made will only appear to you, not to the other players. There are a couple of roll20 extensions, already. I think you can find links to them on the roll20 reddit.
