So as the original post explained. I've had this bug a while now. And nobody has been able to fix it, I'm not sure what to do or what more information can be given but Today to fix another issue I have reset my whole operating system. Id like to update that resetting my whole computer in this way has still had no effect.

What I might do is try and get a screen recording, which might assist you guys better. (apologies again for the long time in-between messages.) One of the issues seems to have resolved, I can upload things now but I still can't open the library to organise those uploads.
