Unfortunately no. All character sheets have to be manually made as html and css files.

You can take an already filled out pdf and use it for a handout image by dragging it into the handout as it's handout avatar/image. This converts one page of the pdf (you get to choose which page) to an image. The downside to this is that the sheet is not editable as it is an image and there is nothing inactive. It also counts against your storage quota.
