Repeating Sections does not want to work

I wrote the table in div form at the team's request, but since then the repeating section no longer works. Can anyone help me? Try just &lt; fieldset class = " repeating_basicskills " &gt; instead.

That really was the mistake, now I'm depressed. Thank you very much.
