Hi Tyger, Unfortunately, this go around I was not able to resolve the issue :( It seems that the error came in outside of the window of Rollbacks we have access to (up to 7 days). I can only advise to re-input the information. As this seems to be a fairly consistent issue, I would also recommend into looking at a secondary storage option for some of the information (Screenshots, word documents, etc.). Sorry for the inconvenience!
