[5e][LFG]{EST} Struggling to find a long term game

I have been playing d&d for about 3 years now and using roll20 for 2 years of it. All through this time I have been struggling to join a game that has lasted more than 2-3 sessions. That's really what I am looking for, is a long lasting game that is all three of the pillars of D&D. If you can offer that to me , then thank you!
