Missing Character Sheets

I recently bought the storm kings module for dnd 5e, and a character sheet should be allowed to be made by the characters but none of the players are able to access it. What should I do?

Only the GM can make a character sheet. Once you have created one for each of the players, you then need to edit it to give view and edit permissions to whichever player the sheet is for. You do this in the Journal tab of the sidebar. More info is here: https://wiki.roll20.net/Journal
