Only player in group unable to load characters, furniture, etc regardless if the campaign is using dynamic lighting or not. Tab is showing as forever loading for all of Roll20 site. Can only see a grey, ungridded rectangle which is the room where the characters/furniture/etc should be. I have... - Cleared cache - Updated Java - Tried both Chrome and Mozilla - Reloaded - Disabled all adblock/extensions - Turned off firewall/antivirus Currently using latest version of Windows 10 app.roll20.net/:12 Refused to execute inline script because it violates the following Content Security Policy directive: "script-src 'self' 'unsafe-eval' https://*.googlesyndication.com https://*.doubleclick.net https://partner.googleadservices.com https://www.googletagservices.com https://ssl.google-analytics.com https://www.google-analytics.com https://ajax.googleapis.com http://ajax.googleapis.com https://d3clqjduf2gvxg.cloudfront.net https://cdn.firebase.com https://*.firebaseio.com https://*.tokbox.com https://*.opentok.com http://static.opentok.com http://www.google-analytics.com http://cdn.crowdin.com https://crowdin.com http://stun.l.google.com ". Hello Mogg Flunkies, We are sorry to hear you are having this issue. I have passed this information along to our devs. We hope to have an answer for you soon. Thanks!
Hi Mogg, Does this issue persist in multiple games or just one in particular? Could you provide the name of the game so we can have a look? Additionally, if you have any screenshots you can provide of what you are seeing it would also be helpful!
Roll20 isn't even letting me upload images. Stays loading forever. Will have to provide the appropriate images via imgur. First link is my bugged view (Defenders of Rus) Second link is the view from one of the others in the same campaign. This problem is taking place over all campaigns and seemingly for all of Roll20. Even avatars on the forums aren't loading. https://imgur.com/a/wIkzR49 https://imgur.com/a/bBTRTFy

Hello. One of my players is also plagued with that issue. She's stuck with beautiful pre-8 bits maps, and only the lighting seems to be shown, nothing else: https://media.discordapp.net/attachments/273494792024096768/542784234184507434/unknown.png She's opened the console and noticed she was unable to load resources: https://media.discordapp.net/attachments/273494792024096768/542789396756168714/unknown.png?width=632&height=529 We're trying anything to root out the issue on our end but we've found nothing. She's logged in another player's account and still had the issue. A player logging in her account had everything working perfectly.
Hi again everyone, Thank you for all of the information! Looking into the games myself I had no issues loading the maps which points to a local issue for affected parties. Forz, I believe you are correct in the error spotting in the console log. What we are primarily looking at are the following: Failed to load resource: net::ERR_CONNECTION_RESET Failed to load resource: net::ERR_TIMED_OUT There is something preventing access to the image server for particular images. For those affected, without providing too in-depth of information, what is your geolocation? (e.x. United States of America, Germany, etc.)
My player is in France (Just like the rest of us), residing in a hotel due to work, with a top notch net and nothing to bridle it. Here's the strange part, the issue was fixed on its own and she's done nothing, which was confusing. I asked her to log into the game from time to time to see if the issue would reappear. I'll make an update if we can make some more sense of it.

Sorry for the delayed response! Mogg, following Forz update are you still encountering this problem? If so, it may be worthwhile to test out swapping your DNS. The public DNS provided by google is an excellent starting point for testing this out-- you will also find instructions on how to change your DNS as well should you need them. https://developers.google.com/speed/public-dns/
Ever since the problem was solved on its own, she never had this issue appear ever again. She's also moved, again. I'll mention a DNS change should it ever reappear.
DNS change didn't seem to fix it. It works fine on an older computer so I'll just work around the issue that way. Not sure how to fix this problem for any future readers.
