Unable to upload image, unbale copy/paste tokens and images, free assets gone (all in one)

Hello ! Here is my problem : I tried to upload an image on my computer (particulary heavy, 3MB). It worked fine, for more or less 30 minutes, then everything went wrong. Some tokens disapeared from my map, I can't copy/paste anymore nor can I upload even very light images (no matter how much time I wait), and all free token assets are unusable. Also, some of my old images seems to have been corrupted. I deleted the recent images I downloaded on roll20, and the map I was currently working on, without success. Thank you ~

To rule out any other possible issues and help to narrow down your issue, we ask that you please carefully work through these steps of our guide to  Solving Technical Issues . Step 1: Make sure to use the right browser Please check if these issues persist when using both Chrome  and  Firefox. Step 2: Ensure that there are no extensions/addons interfering with Roll20 Please disable  all  add-ons/extensions. Step 3: Clear your cache If none of the above succeeds, please send us screenshots and thoroughly work through  Step 4 .  (Don't forget the complete Console Log!) Thank you!
