Looking for Players

Hello. My friend and I are looking for 3-4 players who would be willing to roleplay a custom Call of Cthulhu campaign with us co-DMing. (Though CoC is traditionally eldritch horror, most of the time we do not deal with this theme.) We are experienced DMs and have completed many campaigns over our careers. We tend to stray a bit from traditional rules to make the experience more enjoyable for all parties.  What we are hoping to achieve from this is a small group to rp with consistently and continue DMing other campaigns for them as well. Some background on the planned campaign: August 16th, 1852. You've received a letter from Andreas Busch, a widely renowned investigator across the globe, seeking your help to solve mysterious occurrences at the Ludwig manor. Whatever is happening, it seems serious... Nothing to Fear but Fear Itself is a horror-mystery campaign that heavily deals with not only your character's fears but also yours. Talk to NPCs and wander the halls of the Ludwig manor as you uncover the dark secrets lurking beneath the surface. (More details upon request) Here are some preferences: 1) We deal with many dark and real themes so people with triggers are not encouraged to join. 2) You must have Discord. No exceptions. We will have you join us in vc to see if you are compatible with us before roleplaying. Just be yourself. It's no hard feelings if we don't click. 3) We would prefer people between the ages of 18-20 though this is a very loose preference. Exceptions can be made. 4) Please take it seriously. You're allowed to joke around but don't be disrespectful. 5) We prefer people who are willing to rp 2-3 times a week. 6) Be able to make more than just one type of character. We enjoy diversity not only within the group but also in individuals. 7) You do not have to have played CoC before. We are always ready to help others learn the system. If there are any questions or if you are interested, please let me know.
I've always wanted to give CoC a shot. I would like to know what days and what time the sessions would be so that I can plan around other games I have.
We are flexible for any day of the week (except for Thursdays) after 12pm. Days will be discussed as a group once we gather everyone. :)
Hey, I am Brandon, I am 19, I have never played however I think I would be a good fit otherwise I already have a few Ideas for characters, my discord is Slingdash99#0459 if you wanna add me
That works for me. Count me interested then.
I've never played CoC but It couldn't be more interesting to me. If you still need another player, I would love to give it a shot.
Hey I have always wanted to try CoC but have never managed to find a group. I would love to play if you wouldn't mind helping me along through character creation and pointing me to a book I can use. My name is Brian and I am 20 years old.
Have never played CoC before but I'm interested if there are still slots left.
Sounds awesome, I'm a big Lovecraft fan.   I'm a relatively intermediate player with a pretty good understanding of game mechanics, I've played probably half of the classes, and enjoy a variety of roles in a party.  I'm a bit better at/more interested in the RP than the G; I am good at not metagaming, shaping a character, interacting with other characters, etc.  Will you be doing voice on Discord?  Any homebrew rules I should know about?  Are all classes allowed or do you have more narrow character concepts in mind?  Any questions for us?
There are currently no slots left open though you can still join the Discord to spectate, chat, or even participate in future games if you're interested. :)
cool, link pls?
