Two days ago, I experienced this error. I had an idea to move all my important Journals like PCs and the Story NPCs to the Archive so I could purge the basic monsters out of my game. I then restored all the journals from the archive, sort them, and continue on. That was, I would've done that if the archive hadn't decided to purge it's own contents. Every PC I had. Every character I made... I could only hope now that my game could be restored, but I do not have a Pro Account.
